Finally, after we decided to buy a brand new home from Lennar, she stood by our sides, was always available, answered any questions we had, and was our advocate. We choose Catherine as our realtor, for her professionalism and she is a veteran which was a must as I was using my VA Home Loan. Show more This post is long overdue, but I am so thankful to have had Todd as my realtor! He started with me at the beginning of my journey when I had no clue about the process of buying a house, or even the type of house I wanted. He was so patient with me and answered all of my questions clearly as he guided me through the process. After a year of learning, saving, and looking, together we found my perfect home! By the end of my buying journey, I can safely say that I had a GREAT understanding of the home buying process and felt comfortable when my time came. Todd was also so personable. I felt like I could talk to him as a friend each time he showed me a house! He also showed me things to look for in homes and helped me thoroughly look through homes I was interested in (he took out his flashlight and all!!). Now, I am settled into my home and am grateful to have had a realtor who advocated for me! I am excited for my journey ahead in the home that was meant for me.
